Meet Information
This meet is open to all teams. The registration fee is $100 per team (boys and girls are separate teams) with a $200 maximum per school or team. Unattached runners will be $25 each. If a team runs a varsity boys' AND girls' team, they will have no fees for the MS or elementary races.
The schedule will be:
Elementary (mixed) 1-mile - 4 PM
Girls and Boys MS 2 mile race (6-8th grade) - 4:20 PM
Varsity Girls 5K - 5:00 PM
Varsity Boys 5K - 5:40PM
T-shirts will be awarded to the top 10 finishers in the Varsity 5K races
A 1st place trophy will be awarded for the varsity races.
We will provide 1st-3rd place medallions for all Varsity and MS runners who place.
The event will be held at Lake Shore Trails (old USM Van Hook golf course) The address is 276 Classic Dr Hattiesburg, MS.
Parking is $5/vehicle. Please bring CASH. Entrance for parking: PARKING ENTRANCE MAP
Buses will park and unload on Classic Drive near the finish line.
Bottled water will be at the finish line.
Team Tent area will be beside the starting field: TEAM TENT AREA MAP
Payment will be made on race day at packet pick up under the big green Forerunner's tent.
